Warranty Information

All Affordable Pergolas products have a 1 Year Warranty on the following:

Roofing. If any issues occur as a result of installation, such as a leaking screw, Affordable Pergolas will repair the issue on the Pavilion free of charge. Other issues such as but not limited to damage from hail or falling debris is not covered.

Knee Braces. If somehow a knee brace comes loose as a result of installation, braces will be replaced free of charge. Minor splitting at the tack nail is not covered.

Pier Blocks. If the bond between the saddle and pier block breaks, the two will be replaced free of charge.

These issues must occur and be reported within 365 calendar days of installation.
